We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail Team Leader to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent BCA graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in managing retail operations within the industrial automation sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting the retail branch's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support sales targets by effectively showcasing and promoting industrial automation products.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing and informative.
Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and maintaining accurate records.
Learn and understand the company's product portfolio in industrial automation.
Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve operational goals.
Help train and mentor new team members as needed.
