Revenue Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to join our dynamic finance team in India. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role is crucial for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust revenue recognition policies and procedures in accordance with IFRS/Ind AS.
- Manage the end-to-end revenue accounting process, including billing, accounts receivable, and revenue analysis.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
- Analyze revenue trends, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure proper contract review and revenue recognition.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems related to revenue management.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.
