Revenue Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to join our growing team. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within the Iron & Steel sector. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
- Forecast sales volumes, pricing, and revenue, providing accurate projections to senior management.
- Optimize pricing strategies for various steel products and market segments.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue generation and management.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices in revenue management and pricing.
- Manage customer contracts and ensure adherence to pricing agreements.
