Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing revenue trends, developing pricing strategies, and optimizing revenue generation across various insurance product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market and a proactive approach to maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying key drivers and variances against targets.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing insurance products to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to forecast revenue and set realistic financial goals.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing and industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
- Manage the reconciliation of revenue data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support the development of business plans and strategic initiatives related to revenue growth.
