Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled RF Design / Layout Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of radio frequency (RF) systems and layouts for various facility management projects. This role requires a strong understanding of RF principles, electromagnetic compatibility, and signal integrity, ensuring seamless and efficient wireless communication within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF systems, including antenna placement, signal propagation analysis, and interference mitigation strategies.
- Create detailed RF layout plans, considering building structures, materials, and potential signal obstructions.
- Perform site surveys and analyze existing RF infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize RF simulation and modeling tools to predict system performance and validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and IT specialists, to ensure successful implementation of RF solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues during installation and operation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and industry best practices.
