Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced RF Design / Layout Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, simulation, layout, and verification of RF integrated circuits (ICs) and systems. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles, circuit design, and layout techniques to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability of our cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative RF solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and simulate RF components and circuits (e.g., LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, oscillators) using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Perform RF layout design, considering electromagnetic effects, parasitics, and manufacturability constraints.
- Conduct post-layout simulations and verification to ensure design meets specifications.
- Collaborate with system engineers and other design teams to define RF specifications and architecture.
- Analyze measurement results and debug issues encountered during silicon bring-up and testing.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, simulation reports, and layout guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and design methodologies.
