RF Design / Layout Engineer (BBA/BBM Required) - Ludhiana

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a BBA/BBM background and 2-3 years of experience to join our team as an RF Design / Layout Engineer. While the core role involves RF design and layout principles, the focus will be on managing and coordinating the technical aspects of RF projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project timelines, and liaising between engineering teams and management. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes and product development within the leather industry context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of RF design projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with RF engineers and design teams to understand layout requirements and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for RF design and layout tasks.
- Facilitate communication between the technical RF team and non-technical stakeholders, including management and procurement.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks, proposing solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation and record-keeping of RF design processes and project details.
- Support in the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies relevant to RF circuit design and layout.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in RF component procurement.
