RF Engineering

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated RF Engineer to join our innovative gaming startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency (RF) systems and components for our next-generation gaming hardware and accessories. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles, signal integrity, and wireless communication protocols to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our gaming products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF circuits and systems for gaming peripherals, including wireless controllers, headsets, and other connected devices.
- Perform simulations and analysis of RF designs using industry-standard software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
- Conduct hands-on testing and characterization of RF components and systems using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues during product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, firmware) to integrate RF solutions into the overall product design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RF engineering and wireless communication relevant to the gaming industry.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RF designs, test procedures, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant RF regulations and standards.
