RF Engineering Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled RF Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all radio frequency systems used in our large-scale live events and entertainment productions across India. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of RF infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for critical communication and broadcast needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RF systems for live events, including wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, intercom systems, and broadcast feeds.
• Conduct site surveys and RF spectrum analysis to identify potential interference and optimize system performance.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot RF equipment and associated networking infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for RF system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand their RF requirements and provide technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and licensing requirements for RF usage in India.
