Rig Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Rig Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of our semiconductor fabrication plant's rigging operations. The Rig Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant installation, maintenance, and movement of heavy equipment and materials within the cleanroom and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, equipment handling, and coordination with various engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct rigging crews in the safe and efficient lifting, moving, and installation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including lithography machines, etching tools, and deposition systems.
- Develop and implement detailed rigging plans, considering load capacities, center of gravity, rigging hardware, and environmental conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices for rigging operations.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections of all rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, hoists, and cranes, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to schedule rigging activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Oversee the proper securing and transportation of sensitive semiconductor components and materials.
- Train and mentor rigging personnel on safe work practices, equipment operation, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, equipment inspections, and incident reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during rigging operations.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
