Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Rig Supervisor with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage rigging operations at our Ludhiana facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all rigging activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of our legal support infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive rigging plans and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Supervise and guide a team of riggers, providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of rigging equipment and work areas, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of rigging activities with overall project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents.
- Ensure all rigging activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks specific to the legal industry.
- Utilize design principles and problem-solving skills gained from M.Des to optimize rigging setups for efficiency and safety.
