We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies within the chemical industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our operations, financial performance, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various business units, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance risks.
Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to the chemical industry.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risk exposures.
Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the chemical sector.
Assist in the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior leadership.
