Job Description
Role Summary: The Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business processes and projects within our Indian operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks in financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Monitor and analyze risk metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and business units to ensure effective risk management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
