Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business functions, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare-related risks within the legal and regulatory framework. Your expertise in pharmaceutical sciences combined with risk management principles will be crucial in safeguarding our clients' interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to product development, clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and market access for pharmaceutical clients.
Analyze regulatory landscapes, including FDA, EMA, and Indian CDSCO guidelines, to identify potential compliance risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls tailored to the pharmaceutical and legal sectors.
Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and R&D teams to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
Monitor industry trends and emerging risks in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Assist in the development and review of internal policies and procedures related to risk management.
