We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Analyst to join our Legal Operations team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in risk assessment and management, with a strong understanding of operational and compliance risks within the legal sector. This role is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our firm's operations, reputation, and client service delivery. This position does not require a postgraduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough risk assessments across various departmental functions to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze risk exposures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare comprehensive risk reports for management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
Assist in the development and delivery of risk management training programs for employees.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risk trends within the legal industry.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's risk management framework.
