Risk & Compliance Consultant role in Defence & Aerospace (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal controls within the Defence & Aerospace sector. You will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for operational, financial, and strategic risks specific to the Defence & Aerospace industry.
- Ensure compliance with Indian defence procurement policies, import/export regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems and procedures.
- Monitor and review compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on risk and compliance status for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong risk and compliance culture.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in risk management and compliance.
