We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations within the dynamic Media, Entertainment & Telecom sectors align with all relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts degree and a strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies.
Conduct regular compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., TRAI, IT Act, content regulations).
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within business processes and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present reports on risk assessments and compliance status to senior management.
Stay updated on evolving regulatory landscapes and their impact on the media, entertainment, and telecom industries.
Support the investigation of compliance breaches and incidents.
Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
