Risk & Compliance Consultant role in Packaging & Containers

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations within the packaging and containers industry adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance procedures, coupled with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. This position requires an M.A. degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the company's operations.
- Design and deliver training programs to employees on compliance and risk-related matters.
- Investigate compliance issues and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and risk assessments for senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on best practices in risk management and corporate governance.
