We are seeking a dedicated Risk Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a keen analytical mind to assess and mitigate risks within our hospital operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various hospital departments and processes.
Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in operational, financial, and compliance domains.
Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk control measures.
Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a risk-aware culture within the organization.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in healthcare risk management.
