Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Control professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business operations within our chemical manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, safeguarding assets, and promoting a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
Analyze risk exposures and develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of risk control measures and recommend improvements.
Prepare risk reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with different departments to embed risk management principles into daily operations.
Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting the chemical industry in India.
Facilitate internal control reviews and audits.
