We are seeking a motivated Risk Control professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a foundational understanding of risk management principles within the electrical equipment industry. This role will involve supporting the risk assessment and control framework, identifying potential risks, and contributing to mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and evaluation of operational, financial, and compliance risks across various business units.
- Support the development and implementation of risk control measures and procedures.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and potential risk exposures.
- Prepare reports on risk assessments, control effectiveness, and mitigation plans for management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging risks in the electrical equipment sector.
