Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business operations, with a focus on emerging technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures relevant to emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Cloud, Blockchain).
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze risk exposures, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to design and implement control measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver risk awareness training programs.
- Investigate and report on risk incidents, recommending corrective actions.
