Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Management & Compliance professional to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, regulatory frameworks, and internal controls within the architecture and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across various business operations, including project management, financial transactions, and data security.
Develop and implement robust compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate identified risks.
Prepare regular reports on risk exposure, compliance status, and audit findings for senior management.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on risk management and compliance for employees.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in risk management and compliance, particularly within the architecture and design sector.
