We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience in risk assessment and management, looking to contribute to the vibrant Events and Live Entertainment sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks associated with our live event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments for upcoming live events, identifying potential financial, operational, safety, and reputational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation measures during event execution.
- Collaborate with event organizers, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure risk management protocols are understood and followed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to live events.
