Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Robotic Surgeon to join our advanced manufacturing division. This role will involve the design, development, implementation, and optimization of robotic systems for complex manufacturing processes within our electronics production lines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of surgical robotics principles and their application in industrial automation, ensuring precision, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced robotic surgical systems for intricate electronic component assembly and manipulation.
- Program and calibrate robotic arms and end-effectors for high-precision tasks.
- Integrate vision systems and sensors for real-time feedback and control.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement safety protocols for human-robot interaction in a manufacturing environment.
- Optimize robotic workflows to enhance production efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on robotic system operation and maintenance.
