We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Robotic Surgeon with a B.Pharma background to join our innovative team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging robotic technology in pharmaceutical research and development. The Robotic Surgeon will be instrumental in the operation and maintenance of advanced robotic systems used in drug discovery, formulation, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sophisticated robotic systems for pharmaceutical research and development, including automated synthesis, high-throughput screening, and precision dispensing.
- Develop and optimize robotic protocols and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in drug formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D scientists, engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to integrate robotic solutions into existing laboratory operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic hardware, software, and automation scripts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) during robotic operations.
- Analyze data generated from robotic experiments and provide insights for further research and development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, automation, and pharmaceutical sciences to propose and implement new technologies.
