RTG Crane Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RTG Crane Operator to join our logistics and warehousing team. The RTG Crane Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes for the movement and stacking of containers within our distribution and fulfillment centers. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, supporting our extensive FinTech operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RTG cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and stack containers and other heavy loads.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the RTG crane to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor crane performance and report any malfunctions or potential issues to the maintenance team.
- Coordinate with ground staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, movements, and any incidents.
- Respond to emergency situations and implement appropriate safety protocols.
- Ensure efficient utilization of crane capacity and minimize downtime.
- Participate in regular safety training and performance reviews.
