RTG Crane Operator

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious RTG Crane Operator with a Diploma in Engineering to join our operations team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for material handling and ensuring smooth logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RTG cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and stack containers and materials within the designated operational areas.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, operating procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor crane performance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with ground personnel and other equipment operators to ensure seamless material movement.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours of operation, loads handled, and any incidents.
- Participate in regular safety training and toolbox talks.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
