RTG Crane Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RTG Crane Operator to join our operations team. The RTG Crane Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes for material handling within our mining and processing facilities. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RTG cranes to lift, move, and stack materials (e.g., iron ore, coal, finished steel products) within designated yard areas.
- Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials onto trucks, railcars, or other transport.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the RTG crane to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Monitor crane operations for any malfunctions or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours of operation, materials moved, and any incidents.
- Coordinate with yard supervisors, truck drivers, and other personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to operational demands and adapt to changing work requirements.
