Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Russian Language Trainer to join our corporate training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Russian language programs tailored to our employees, enhancing their communication skills for international business interactions within the NBFC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging Russian language curriculum for employees at various proficiency levels.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, focusing on conversational Russian, grammar, and business-specific vocabulary.
- Assess employee progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles and needs of adult learners in a corporate environment.
- Provide cultural insights and context relevant to doing business with Russian-speaking counterparts.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and course completion.
