Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Safety Consultant to join our team and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance within our medical services and hospital operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing risks, developing and implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive safety audits and risk assessments of hospital facilities, clinical practices, and administrative processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust safety management systems and procedures in line with national and international regulations (e.g., NABH, JCI, OSHA standards).
Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health and safety, infection control, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
Design and deliver safety training programs for all levels of staff, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, and prepare reports for management.
Stay updated with the latest developments in safety standards, best practices, and relevant legislation in the healthcare sector.
