Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and innovative Safety Consultant with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on enhancing safety protocols and user experience within our agrochemical operations, leveraging design thinking and human-centered approaches to identify risks and develop effective safety solutions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety across our manufacturing and product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for chemical manufacturing processes and product handling.
Apply design principles to develop intuitive safety guidelines, user manuals, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to integrate safety considerations into product design and workflow.
Research and propose innovative safety technologies and methodologies relevant to the agrochemical industry.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify potential safety hazards and areas for improvement in product usage.
Develop visual communication strategies for safety information, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Ensure compliance with relevant national and international safety regulations.
