Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Safety Consultant to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in ensuring workplace safety and compliance within the water treatment or waste management industry. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment for all our employees and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. This position does not require a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of all project sites and facilities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management plans and procedures.
- Identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all national and local safety regulations and standards.
- Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all operational activities.
- Stay updated on the latest safety best practices and regulatory changes.
