Safety Operations

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Operations professional to oversee and enhance safety protocols across our hotel properties in India. This role is crucial for ensuring a secure and safe environment for our guests, employees, and assets, in line with international standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety and security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
- Train staff on safety regulations, emergency procedures, and the use of safety equipment.
- Investigate all safety-related incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian safety laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and readily accessible.
- Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders on safety matters.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
