Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Safety Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our logistics operations, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular audits to maintain a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures across all operational sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national safety regulations.
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of operations.
