Safety Operations Executive (Lucknow)

We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Safety Operations Executive to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the safety protocols across our operational sites. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of safety procedures within the security services industry. A postgraduate degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of all Z Security operational sites in Lucknow.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Organize and conduct safety training programs for security personnel.

Maintain accurate safety records and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
