Safety Operations Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for our employees and safeguarding company assets. The specialist will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety protocols and procedures within our BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and facility management to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and trends in the BPO industry.
