Sales Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative payment solutions within the government and public administration sector across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with government stakeholders, and effectively communicating the value proposition of NPCI's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the government sector.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers in government ministries, departments, and public sector undertakings.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of government clients and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the benefits of NPCI's payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with government clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, government policies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve sales objectives.
