Sales Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team at ClearTax. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of our accounting and GST compliance software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across India. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying leads, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social selling).
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points related to accounting and compliance.
3. Present and demonstrate ClearTax's software solutions, highlighting features and benefits relevant to client needs.
4. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
5. Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
