Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for facility management services.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Mangalore).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their facility management needs and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
