Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head (B2B) to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships within the management consulting sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership and a deep understanding of the consulting landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key account acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective client engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals.
