Role Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our IT services within the assigned territory in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT sales, capable of building strong client relationships and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our IT solutions can address them.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately.
