Sales Operations / Enablement (1-2 Yrs) role in BPM

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Enablement professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial in supporting our sales force by streamlining processes, providing essential tools, and ensuring effective sales execution within the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a foundational understanding of sales operations concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the sales team with reporting and analytics, generating regular sales performance dashboards.
- Help in the creation and delivery of sales enablement materials, presentations, and training content.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Track and manage sales forecasts and pipeline data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the sales operations manager.
