Sales Operations / Enablement (2-4 Yrs) | Vadodara

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Enablement professional to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial in optimizing our sales processes, providing essential support to the sales team, and ensuring effective enablement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and a legal background (LLB) that can be leveraged for contract review and compliance. You will be instrumental in enhancing sales productivity and driving business growth within the Indian beverage market.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by managing CRM data, generating reports, and providing insights into sales performance.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Review and manage sales contracts and agreements, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.

Develop and deliver sales training materials and programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless sales operations.
