Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Support & Operations professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our event ticketing business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that bridge sales and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Manage and maintain sales records, databases, and customer information.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of event logistics and client requirements.

Handle client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to their issues.

Support the onboarding process for new clients and partners.

Generate reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve workflows.
