Salon / Health Club Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon / Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our employee wellness facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality, safe, and enjoyable environment for our staff, promoting well-being and productivity. The manager will be responsible for all aspects of salon and health club management, from service delivery and staff supervision to inventory control and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the salon and health club facilities.

Supervise and train salon and fitness staff, ensuring high standards of service.

Develop and implement service protocols, health and safety guidelines.

Manage inventory of salon products, equipment, and fitness supplies.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues.

Develop and promote wellness programs and special offers for employees.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Manage budgets and financial reporting for the salon and health club.
