Salon / Health Club Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon / Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our employee wellness facilities. This role will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for all employees, managing staff, and maintaining the overall ambiance and functionality of the salon and health club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, wellness, and customer service, with a proven track record in managing similar facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the employee salon and health club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and schedule salon and health club staff, including aestheticians, fitness instructors, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement service standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of salon and health club supplies, equipment, and products, and manage procurement.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing employee concerns and feedback promptly.
• Develop and promote wellness programs and services to encourage employee participation.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and revenue generation for the salon and health club.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align wellness initiatives with company goals.
