Salon / Health Club Manager

Role Summary:
Hindustan Prefabs Limited is seeking a dynamic and organized Salon / Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our employee wellness and recreational facilities in Guwahati. This role requires a unique blend of management acumen, technical understanding, and a commitment to fostering a positive and healthy environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background to implement efficient operational strategies, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery within the salon and health club.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans for the salon and health club, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee well-being.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, inventory management, and budget control.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all salon and health club equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Curate and manage a range of services and activities to promote employee health and wellness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and administration departments on employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Utilize analytical skills, honed through an M.Tech degree, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies and services.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the expansion and enhancement of wellness facilities.
