Salon / Health Club Manager

Role Summary: The Salon / Health Club Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, management, and profitability of the company's employee wellness and recreational facilities, including a salon and health club. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, customer service excellence, and team leadership to ensure a high-quality experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the salon and health club, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation for salon stylists, fitness instructors, and support staff.

Develop and implement service protocols, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance member/client satisfaction and revenue.

Maintain inventory of salon and health club supplies, manage procurement, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the facilities.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote employee wellness programs and events.
