Salon / Health Club Manager - Startup (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon / Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our wellness facilities within our startup environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 2-4 years of experience and a BCA degree, who can leverage their technical understanding and management skills to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our employees and clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, staff supervision, inventory control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the salon and health club, ensuring adherence to company standards and service excellence.

Manage and schedule staff, providing training and performance feedback.

Handle client inquiries, bookings, and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Manage inventory of salon and health club supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.

Implement and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.

Utilize your BCA background to manage scheduling software, client databases, and analyze operational data for improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and special offers.

Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for all clients and staff.
